Privacy policy
What we collect, what we do with it, who sees it, and how to get it back or have it deleted. We have kept this in plain language, because a privacy policy nobody can read protects nobody.
Effective September 9, 2026
We share your information with lenders, because that is the job.
You tell us to find you financing; we cannot do that without showing your request to the people who might fund it. We ask your permission first, we tell you who sees what, and we never sell your information to anyone.
Who this covers
This policy explains what Go Biz Lending ("GoBiz Lending", "we", "us") does with information collected through gobizlending.com and in the course of helping you pursue business financing. It applies to visitors to this site and to business owners who submit an inquiry or an application to us.
GoBiz Lending is a loan broker, not a lender. Because our job is to present your financing request to lenders, sharing your information with those lenders is the core of the service — this policy explains exactly how that works.
What we collect
Information you give us directly. When you submit our contact form, email us, or work with us on a financing request, we collect what you choose to provide:
- Contact details — your name, email address, and phone number.
- Business details — business name, the type of financing you are seeking, and the amount, along with anything you tell us about your project.
- Application materials — if we move forward together, the financial statements, tax returns, business records, and other supporting documents needed to package a financing request. These are provided by you directly to us, not collected through this website.
Information collected automatically. This site is deliberately light here. Our servers and our hosting provider keep standard technical logs, which include the IP address a request came from. We use the IP address to rate-limit form submissions and block abuse, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
What we do not do
We think it is worth stating plainly what is absent from this site, because much of it is standard elsewhere:
- We do not use cookies for advertising, analytics, or tracking.
- We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or any third-party tracking script.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.
- We do not store your form submissions in a marketing database. Submissions are delivered to us by email.
If this changes, we will update this policy and the effective date above before the change takes effect.
How we use your information
We use what you give us to do the work you asked us to do: to respond to your inquiry, understand your project, determine which financing programs fit, package your request, present it to lenders, and stay involved through underwriting and closing.
We also use it to communicate with you about your request, to meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations, and to protect the site and our business from fraud and abuse.
Your consent, and taking it back
Before we share your information with lenders, we ask you to authorize it. On our contact form that authorization is an explicit checkbox you must tick before the form can be submitted, and we record the language you agreed to along with the date and time.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@gobizlending.com or calling us. If you withdraw it, we will stop sharing your information with new lenders — but we cannot claw back information already delivered to a lender, and withdrawing consent will usually end our ability to pursue financing on your behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and application information for as long as needed to provide our services and to satisfy the recordkeeping, tax, and legal obligations that apply to a financing transaction. Where information is no longer needed for either purpose, we dispose of it.
If you would like your information removed from our files, write to us and we will do so, except where we are required to retain it.
How we protect it
This site is served over encrypted connections, and we limit access to application materials to the people at GoBiz Lending who need them to work on your request.
We should be straightforward with you: no method of transmitting or storing information is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive documents — tax returns, financial statements, anything containing a Social Security or account number — through the website contact form. Contact us first and we will arrange a secure way to get them to us.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent to share it with lenders, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email info@gobizlending.com or call (310) 220-5662 and tell us what you would like.
California residents. California law gives residents rights over their personal information, including the right to know what is collected and how it is used and disclosed, the right to request deletion or correction, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. GoBiz Lending does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we may need to verify your identity before we act on it.
Some information handled in connection with a financing application is subject to federal financial privacy rules, and the treatment of that information — including how lenders handle it — is governed by those rules.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

This site links to third-party resources, including lenders, the U.S. Small Business Administration, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the Federal Reserve Economic Data service. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date at the top. Material changes to how we handle your information will be reflected before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
