Terms & conditions
The rules for using this website and its tools — what we are promising, what we are not, and what we ask of you in return.
Effective September 9, 2026
Nothing on this site is an offer of credit.
GoBiz Lending is a loan broker, not the lender. Rates and calculator results here are informational. All financing is subject to lender review and approval, and the terms that bind are the ones in the documents you sign with the lender.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of gobizlending.com and the tools and content on it. By using the site, submitting an inquiry, or otherwise engaging with Go Biz Lending ("GoBiz Lending", "we", "us") through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms cover use of the website. If we go on to work together on a financing request, that engagement may be governed by a separate written agreement between us, and any loan you ultimately accept will be governed by the loan documents you sign with the lender — not by these terms.
What GoBiz Lending does
GoBiz Lending is a loan broker, not a lender. We are not a bank, a credit union, an SBA-approved lender, or a Certified Development Company. We do not underwrite loans, we do not make credit decisions, and we do not fund loans with our own capital.
Our service is advisory and packaging work: helping you identify which financing program fits your project, assembling and packaging your application, and presenting it to unaffiliated third-party lenders and funding sources. Each of those lenders makes its own independent credit decision.
Nothing here is an offer of credit
No content on this site — and no communication from us before a lender issues you a written commitment — constitutes an offer of credit, a commitment to lend, a pre-approval, or a guarantee of financing. Rates, terms, and program details shown on this site are informational.
All financing is subject to lender review, underwriting, and approval. Final terms are set by the lender, based on the lender’s own criteria, your credit and financial profile, the nature of your project, and applicable SBA or USDA program rules.
Who may use this site
This site is intended for business owners and their representatives. By using it and submitting information, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, and that where you submit information on behalf of a business, you are authorized to do so and to consent to our sharing that information with lenders on the business’s behalf.
Information you provide
You agree that the information you give us is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to provide it. Lending decisions are made on the strength of this information, and inaccurate or incomplete information can delay or defeat a financing request — and, in the case of applications submitted to SBA-backed programs, may carry consequences under federal law.
By submitting information to us and giving the consent described in our Privacy Policy, you authorize us to share it with our partner lenders and funding sources for the purpose of evaluating and underwriting your request. You can withdraw that consent at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Please do not submit sensitive documents through the website contact form. Contact us and we will arrange a secure method.
Calculators, rates, and estimates
The calculators and analysis tools on this site produce estimates for modeling purposes only. The rates published here are reference and benchmark rates sourced from the Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED) service — they are not quotes, not offers, and not the rate you will be charged.
Actual rates, payments, fees, and terms vary by lender, program, loan size, credit profile, collateral, and market conditions. We make no warranty that any figure generated on this site will match the terms a lender offers you, and you should not make financial decisions on the basis of a calculator output alone.
Not legal, tax, or investment advice
Program overviews, articles, insights, and podcast material on this site are general information about business financing. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from qualified professionals who know your circumstances. Consult your own advisors before entering into any financing transaction.

Intellectual property
The content on this site — text, design, graphics, the GoBiz Lending name and logo, and the calculators and tools — is owned by GoBiz Lending or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print content for your own use in evaluating financing. You may not copy, republish, sell, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

Third-party lenders and links
This site links to and references third parties, including lenders, government agencies, and data sources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their products, their decisions, or their treatment of your information.
Any relationship you enter into with a lender is between you and that lender. GoBiz Lending is not a party to your loan, does not set its terms, and is not responsible for a lender’s decision to approve or decline your request or for how a lender services your loan.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We work to keep program information on this site current and accurate, but SBA and USDA rules, loan limits, fees, and eligibility requirements are set by those agencies and change over time. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any content, rate, or estimate is complete, current, or accurate. The governing terms are always those published by the SBA, the USDA, and the lender.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoBiz Lending and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or lost data, arising out of or relating to your use of this site or your reliance on its content — including a lender’s decision to decline a financing request.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoBiz Lending and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or information you submit that is inaccurate, fraudulent, or that you were not authorized to provide.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date, and continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the revised terms.
Questions
If anything in these terms is unclear, ask us. We would rather explain it now than have it be a surprise later.
